c. How long is the data stored?

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Log files are kept directly for a maximum of 24 hours, after which they are only kept reconstructively for a maximum of four weeks.

  • Right to lodge a complaint: With the data protection supervisory authority of your choice or the competent authority: LDI NRW
  • Right to data portability: Applies under the conditions of Art. 20(1) GDPR. Not applicable to server logs of this website.

II. Right to Object pursuant to Art. 21(1) GDPR

You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

In this case, your data will no longer be processed unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or legal claims.
